This page is to book for Friday Morning Tone & Endure session with Kiera.

In this class we will be focusing on toning up different muscle groups each week and building upon your endurance training through the use of free weight and body weight exercises. No matter what level you are at, this class is open to everyone of all abilities.

Friday’s: 7:15-8:00am

  • Recreational Member – £6 per session
  • Non Member – £8 per session

There are NO REFUNDS for any pre booked sessions. We have maximum number in each session, you have booked and reserved a place. If you do not turn up for your session you forfeit the fee. In addition, due to the early time/day these sessions take place, we are unable to offer your booking to be moved to an alternative date, time and/or class.

STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO BOOK A SESSION(S)

  1. Select the option your Member/Non Member status
  2. Click on the date which you wish to book
  3.  Click on the time of the session (7:15am)
  4. Enter the name of the person attending the session
  5. Select ‘Add to Basket’ (green square box)
  6. Click on your shopping basket at the top right hand corner on a computer/tablet or n a mobile phone it is at the bottom of page.
  7. Proceed to Checkout and pay for session(s)
